By Train to Milton Keynes Station

Directions: By Car, from the North (M1 Junction 15)

• Leave the M1 at Junction 15 and turn right at the roundabout onto the A508 towards Milton Keynes.
• After approximately six miles, look out for a left turn signposted to Cosgrove, Castlethorpe and Hanslope. Do not take this left turn but instead turn right into the farm entrance signposted Furtho Manor Farm.
• Continue along the lane, past the barns and then bear right into the car park.

By Car, from the South (M1 Junction 14)

• Leave the M1 at Junction 14, keeping in the left-hand lane of the slip road and bear left onto the A509/H6, then moving into the right-hand lane as soon as possible.
• Turn right at the roundabout (A509/H5) and continue straight on this road through a further nine roundabouts.
• At the tenth roundabout turn right, down the slip road to the A5 Trunk Road, Northbound.
• Continue on the A5 to the first roundabout (Old Stratford). NB. This roundabout is also controlled by traffic lights. Move to the right-hand lane and follow the road lane markings for the A508 towards Northampton (4th exit from the roundabout).
• After approximately one mile, look out for the second right turn (signposted to Cosgrove, Castlethorpe and Hanslope). Do not take this right turn but instead turn left into the farm entrance signposted Furtho Manor Farm..

By Car, from the East (via Bedford)

• Pick up the A422 on the west side of Bedford and continue through Stagsden and Chicheley.
• Turn left at the junction with the A509 towards Milton Keynes.
• Do not turn left at the Tickford roundabout but take the second exit straight across onto the A422 and continue on this road through Milton Keynes.
• At the roundabout junction with the A5 Trunk Road keep in the right-hand lane and take the slip road down to the A5 Trunk Road Northbound (fourth exit).
• Continue on the A5 to the first roundabout (Old Stratford). NB: This roundabout is also controlled by traffic lights. Move to the right-hand lane and follow the road lane markings for the A508 towards Northamption (fourth exit from the roundabout).
• After approximately one mile, look out for the second right turn (signposted to Cosgrove, Castlethorpe and Hanslope). Do not take this right turn but instead turn left into the farm entrance signposted Furtho Manor Farm.

By Car, from the West (via Buckingham)

• Pick up the A422 on the east side of Buckingham and continue across the roundabout at Deanshanger/Passenham towards Milton Keynes.
• At the next roundabout, which is controlled by traffic lights, take the second exit onto the A508 towards Northampton.
• After approximately one mile, look out for the second right turn (signposted to Cosgrove, Castlethorpe and Hanslope). Do not take this right turn but instead turn left into the farm entrance signposted Furtho Manor Farm.

By Train to Milton Keynes Central Station

• Please note there is no direct public transport available from Milton Keynes Central Station but it is usually well-served by taxis. Our offices are approximately five miles from the train station.
